PECAN PRALINES

Ingredients: 1 1/2 cups of sugar

3/4 cup of light brown sugar, packed

1/2 cup of milk/cream/half and half

6 tbsp butter

1 1/2 cup of pecans

Instruments: parchment or wax paper/tin foil

sauce pan

Instructions: 1. Cook on low heat to combine all of your ingredients

2. Bring to a boil then stir until the mixture thickens and becomes creamy

3. Spoon onto parchment or wax paper/tin foil

4. Let sit for 20-30 minutes
