OMELETTE PANCAKES

Ingredients:

6 eggs

2 slices of ham

1/2 cup chopped onions

1/2 cup shredded cheese

1 cup diced tomatoes

1 handful shredded spinach

Instruments:

Cutting board

Mixing bowl

Skillet

Directions:

1. Finely chop ham, onion, and tomatoes

2. Beat your eggs, then add shredded cheese and spinach

3. Mix all of your omelette pancake "batter"

4. Place your skillet on medium heat

5. 1/4 cup makes a really good size omelette pancake!

6. Flip occasionally until your desired readiness
