BREAKFAST CUPCAKES

Ingredients:

10 eggs

7 pieces of bacon

Shredded cheese

Onion

1 handful of spinach

Instruments:

Mixing bowl

Muffin tin (preferably 2)

Oven

Instructions:

1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees

2. Throw the bacon on a cookie sheet & pop it in the oven for 15 minutes

*the crispier the better!

3. Crack all of your eggs & beat them in your mixing bowl

4. Finely chop onions & spinach, then add them to your egg mixture

5. Transform your beautifully baked bacon into bacon bits

6. Toss your bacon bits & shredded cheese to your bowl, mix thoroughly

7. Don't forget your PAM!

8. Fill each muffin cup half way to make the perfect size egg bites

9. Put your tin(s) in the oven for 20 minutes

10. Let cool for a few minutes


Your breakfast cupcakes are ready to be eaten or stowed away for another day!
