BAKED POTATO CASSEROLE

Ingredients: 5 pieces of bacon

1 cup of cheese

1/2 cup of chives

3/4 cup of sour cream

1/4 cup of milk

1 tbsp heavy cream

7 tbsp butter

3 lbs russet potatoes

Instruments: 9x9ish baking dish

cup for mixing

large pot

Instructions:

1. Boil potatoes for 20 minutes or until soft

2. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees 3. Mash potatoes in your baking dish

4. Mix sour cream, milk, heavy cream, and melted butter in a cup

5. Pour your dairy mixture into your mashed potatoes

6. Add cheese and stir until mixed

7. Top with cheese, chives, and bacon

8. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 mins
